The facility has digital access for the gates and the doors which makes it much easier to drive up to the gate. The app also gives you ability to share access with others when necessary. Very convenient.

Yes the building super clean they have carts secure gate, etc but what made the difference for us made us stay at this location was Tanya she made us feel welcome not rushed answered all questions that trust me I had a lot coming from a horrible experience with another company. I cannot say thank enough to you Tanya this company is very lucky to have you.

After reaching out to a few places and speaking to Tanya over the phone I ended up at extra space storage where I was met with such a warm welcome and large smile by Tanya. She made the whole process easy and made me felt at ease ensuring the safety of the place. One thing I was worried about was possible rodents and she walked me through and the place showed me my unit and the place was really immaculate compared to others I had visited. If you are in need of excellent customer service and a clean reliable secured facility this is the one, ask for Tanya!
