Last night, while working an armed, executive protection security detail, I mistakenly locked myself out of my unmarked vehicle and Google searched this company to assist me. Realizing I had left my own vehicle pop kit at my residence and no extra key for the vehicle, I felt compelled for an outside company for assistance. The company sent a representative who identified himself through his bank account transaction as: Yorai Tock. Mr. Tock was very quick, lock picked my door in 3 minutes and gained entry. After the completing the job, he then announced a shocking service fee of $197.00 ! I calmly explained that amount was way too much for an average service in this industry. He then offered another $10 off, but then attempted to solicit a skeleton key cut for only the door for an extra $15.00 smh. This individual had no consideration of my profession, was being a predatory scam artist with inflating a price service for vulnerable uneducated customers!! In my career, I have popped doors for free, but was totally aware, even in today's market , this fee should be no more than $60-70 with travel expenses included !! I would not recommend this company or the representative that was dispatched!! You should really search further for company for a reasonable price !!!
