Never saw a lock in my unit as the agent went ahead of me and I'm guessing removed it yet I have no email or any receipt of refund or credit for something I dont need nor want. But they got .y money and so they earn interest on my money owed to me. Not happy about this

Ken greeted us with an exceptional smile from the moment we entered the office.She made us feel welcome & took the time to answer all our questions. Her positive attitude made the experience extremly pleasant. We rent that space for a friend of mine today but however Ken's extraordinary efforts regarding customer satisfaction convinced me to leave my previous company and move my business to this Extra Space Storage location, which is already in a promising and convenient location.
