They even had the nerve to raise the payment a little over $100 so my new payment would be over $300. I moved out 11/30 before the new increased charges would go into effect Dec 1(as you can see i made my payment on nov 7th so how am i overdue for November??). So how are they gonna charge me on 11/30 saying I'm overdue when my bill was paid. Imagine you work your hard earned money to pay to store your belongings and ALL your things and kids things wreak with RAT PISS AND RAT POOP!!! YOU CANT EVEN GET TO YOUR STORAGE UNIT WITHOUT WALKING IN THE RAT POOP TO GET TO YOUR UNIT AND IMAGINE BRINGING THOSE FECES BACK HOME TO YOUR KIDS AND DOG.NOT TO MENTION HAVING A FATHER WITH STAGE 4 CANCER BEING EXPOSED TO THIS NASTINESS. ON TOP OF THAT THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME TELLING ME THEY WILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO CLEAN UP THE ITEMS I LEFT BEHIND BECAUSE I COULD NOT CARRY THESE ITEMS AMONGST MY KIDS AND FATHER. I MYSELF TOOK A CHANCE HANDLING THE ITEMS WITHOUT GLOVES. THERE WAS RAT PISS OVER EVERY SINGLE THING THAT MY KIDS COUCH, LUGGAGE, BOOSTER SEAT HAD MILDEW DUE TO THE RATS PISSING ALL OVER EVERY SINGLE ITEM. THE RATS BIT THE WHOLE ARM RESTS AND BACK OF COUCH AND THIS WAS A BRAND NEW COUCH GIVEN TO MY BABIES!THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE MOVING OUT THAT SAME WEEKEND AND EVEN THIS COUPLE SAID THEY CAUGHT A RAT IN THEIR UNIT AND THE COMPANY GAVE THEM A DISCOUNT FOR CATCHING THE RAT! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR BELONGINGS AS YOU WILL HAVE TO THROW AWAY EVERYTHING LIKE I DID. EVEN THE RAT FELL FROM THE WIRE ROOF ON TO MY TV BREAKING THE SCREEN! I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE CITY AS THIS IS NASTY AND UNHYGIENIC. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE SOAP TO WASH MY HANDS IN THE BATHROOM. I WANTED TO WASH MY HANDS AFTER BEFORE I WOULD TOUCH MY STEERING WHEEL AND I COULDN'T DO THAT SO I HAD TO SANITIZE MY WHOLE VEHICLE WHEN I GOT HOME. SEE BELOW PICS AND VIDEOS OF THE DAMAGE AND THE GIANT SIZED RAT POOP ON THE FLOOR YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO WALK THROUGH TO GET TO YOUR UNIT. THIS PLACE IS NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. THEY ARE EVEN CHARGING ME DECEMBERS FEE WHICH THEY CLAIM I WILL HAVE TO PAY PLUS THE COST TO REMOVE THE ITEMS I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF THEIR NASTY RATS, SO THATS PROBABLY ANOTHER $400 TO REMOVE FOR A TOTAL OF $700+ AND IF I DONT PAY THAT THEY SAID IT WILL GO TO COLLECTS. NOW HOW IS THAT FAIR TO ME AS A PAYING CONSUMER TO BE CHARGED BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLECT TO THEIR FACILITY AND THAT COLLECTION WILL HIT MY CREDIT, HOW IS THAT FAIR????!!! AS A SINGLE MOM OF 2 AND A CAREGIVER I FO NOT HAVE MONEY TO WASTE AND I THINK YALL SHOULD GIVE ME BACK THOSE 4 MONTHS MY THINGS WERE IN STORAGE! THE PICS POSTED ARE NOT EVEN HALF OF THE DAMAGE DONE! NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE, DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION!!!
