The friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, safety and the ease of going in and out of this facility. This storage facility checks all of these boxes. I was very lucky to have found units on the main floor. The only draw back is that if you have a big shipment, it’s difficult to use the elevators to move things in and out of your actual unit on the higher floors because the storage facility doesn’t not lock the elevator doors to help with the move.
