He is courteous, treats customers as customers, keeps the facility looking clean and brand new. I hope the HQ knows what they have. That said, I am very disappointed in HQ who sent me a letter which effectively DOUBLED my monthly rate for my storage unit after I prepaid for a whole year. Ridiculous!
