Once I was onsite, entry to the building seamless and the welcome package was waiting for me in my unit. The space is new and very clean and in wonderful working order. My unit is on the second floor but it’s no inconvenience because of the extra large (and quick) commercial elevator. Highly recommend! 🌟

Needless to say I was furious and Mike did everything under the sun to retain me as a client. Im not happy with the rent raises every 4 or 5 months. When i originally signed up I was not on a promotional rate yet they treated me as if I was. I have had a bad experience with Extra Space Storage overall, but great employees like Mike really help to smooth things out. If you continue raising rates I plan to sell my stuff and have no storage. Charge a fair price and dont raise it and tenants will keep renting!
