Also her storage essentials were super reasonable. My family and I felt like family. The unit was clean with a pleasant smell. The hours were better than any storage place I've encountered. Called the office and spoke to the manager Venus. She was amazing . Quickly returned my phone call and got me a 1st floor unit . I just wish every business had a person like Venus . I had a change of plans after reserving and prepaying for a unit in Jacksonville and the refunded me which they didn’t need to do. And when got a new unit in Flagler Beach it was really simple and easy. The location was clean and secure and Paul, who I dealt with upon moving in, went above and beyond to make the process quick and painless. Definitely would recommend.
