    Outdoor furniture delivered today, it had been clearly damaged and repackaged and sold to me, way to go Lowes. Love taking time to wait for a delivery that you knew was damaged. Now i will set aside time for the damaged furniture to be picked up.

    I purchased wires that an employee cut for me, wrote down the specs, and charged me for—but they ended up being the wrong gauge. I trusted that he knew what he was doing, which was clearly a mistake. I started my job, cut one piece, and then realized the wire was incorrect. I returned to the store around 11 AM to resolve the issue. The woman at the return desk was immediately dismissive and rude. Before even asking what happened, she said, “You here to return those wires? They’re not going to take them back since they’re cut.” No attempt to understand the situation—just an assumption. When I asked to speak with a manager, she responded with, “This ain’t the day.” That’s not acceptable in any customer service environment. When the manager arrived, I explained everything, including that I had relied on their employee to cut the correct wire and even provided the hand-written ticket showing what I originally requested. He didn’t apologize or ask any clarifying questions—just said he couldn’t take them back. Only after I pushed back and pointed out that I shouldn’t be responsible for their employee’s mistake did he agree to process the return. Both the manager and the employee at the front desk handled this poorly. There was no effort to understand the issue, no accountability, and no professionalism. In a situation like this, the focus should be on resolving the problem or offering a reasonable solution—such as exchanging for the correct wire—not immediately shutting the customer down. Very disappointing experience overall.

    Went in for a vanity today, in the back there was a gentleman at the register thing they have there, he told me he'd find someone to help me, I had to go find my own help, stopped another worker (Mike) and asked where I could get one of the wheel cart to fit a sink , he went above and beyond helped me find the cart, loaded the sink on it took it out to the truck and loaded it to, Thank you! I hope he gets recognition for being a great employee for this company,

    I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot but after not getting any help after I stood around, walked around and had a cashier call for help. No show. So back to Home Depot!
