Lowes is consistent. Consistently third rate, at best. I have literally been hung up on repeatedly by the same women many times over and she knows who she is. She's the one collecting a paycheck she has no right to cash. See you at the Depot, sweetheart. Or hopefully not.

We used to be big fans of Lowe’s. Not so much lately. The tile and flooring department are a mess, products aren’t where they belong or not labeled properly, there were actually products that belonged in different areas just shoved on shelves. When we did find something we were interested in there was no identification or price to be found . Finally got some help and were told the product wasn’t carried anymore but that the vender hadn’t taken care of it. Instead of making employees climb up for something you don’t carry anymore why not remove the product? With the amount of growth taking place and smart people doing their own up grades you would think this store would be ready for business but sadly not the case.
