- FMFer Mos5 days ago1.0I am very dissatisfied with Lowes regarding windows installation with the lack of quality and customer support. Since I bought the windows, everything was a nightmare. It took two years to get this project done. I had many issues such as ordering wrong window, failing to install windows properly by Farrow Construction, lack of communication with Lowes installation team, etc. I could not believe that it was hard to get help from the store. Once you purchase the windows, everything is handled by Lowes Installation team located off site. If you have any problem, everything is done by phone. Good luck to get the right person to help you out. So disappointed I was only offered 10% compensation after the whole project that took two years.

- JJJasonApr 4, 20261.0Over the last year I’ve bought a washer, a dryer and a stove through Lowe’s. I spent hundreds extra buying the protection plans on all of them. Recently my dryer wasn’t working so I slid it out to check the outlet. Both right legs broke. Actually the metal around the legs broke so the legs can’t screw in. Lowe’s refuses to cover this defect under my extended warranty. The dryer is sitting crooked now, I guess I’ll have to break the other legs now to get it straight. Then it will sit 2 inches below my washer looking all goofy. I had always been loyal to Lowe’s. I will be spending my money at Home Depot moving forward Update 4/26/26: I called the phone number Lowe’s “owner” suggested so they can look into it. They still denied the claim. This Lowe’s owner wasted more of my time

The employees are always so friendly and welcoming to us and our family, and they genuinely seem to care about the projects we’re working on. It never feels transactional, they take the time to help, answer questions, and make sure we find exactly what we need. We actually enjoy coming here. It’s become part of our routine, and every visit feels like a positive experience. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. They’ve truly built a great team.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
