The staff, from the Manager, Ken, to the associate, who by the way was from corporate, and was in the midst of training new personnel, could not have been more helpful. Derrick, I believe is his name, quickly verified the product availability, wrote up our sale and had us out the door to the warehouse in no time. The warehouse staff were equally as helpful and efficient. Our experience could not have been better and we will definitely patronize City Mattress in the future.
