    Love shopping at this At Home Store. So much product to choose from, dishware, bedding, rugs, home decor, outside patio furnishings as well as a very, very large selection of rugs. It is easy and not expensive to furnish an entire home, or replenish and update your current home. Conveniently l9cated just before the Ellenton Outlets in a separate strip mall. Friendly staff!

    Been there 3 times already and I still haven't seen the whole store. We bought our Christmas tree there and it cams pre lit.

    I went in store yesterday to purchase 3 big mirrors for my home. Upon inspecting it, noticed one of the 3 was damaged. A big gash on the edge of the mirror. We asked a representative if there were any more in their back room or any other place in the store that we did not noticed and we were told “unfortunately what we have on the floor is what we have.” We proceeded to purchase the other 2 that were in good condition and my husband decided to place an order online to get the third mirror from another store to be delivered home. As we were finishing up our shopping, I happened to noticed the same damaged mirror being pulled away towards the register. I told my husband I had a feeling that was the mirror he had purchased online. When asked the employee, she confirmed it was an online order made by him. We told her If we wanted to purchase the damaged one, we would take it ourselves. She went ahead and assisted my husband to cancel the original order and place a new one to be shipped from a different location. Well, well, to my surprise the same damaged mirror that we did not want to purchased in store was still delivered to my home. We called the store we went yesterday and was told they had no idea the mirror was damaged. When asked what they can do to fix it, they said they can not pick up the mirror back themselves, ship one from a different store to them or even place an order for a new one. They stated the only thing they can do is send an email to customer service and wait for them to contact us. Very angry and dissatisfied customer. I will never again shop at their business.

No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
