I was sent text messages but no technician arrived. after 45 minutes, I called back for a status and was told the call had been cancelled. I was not happy, but accepted it and called another locksmith, who by the way arrived in 40 min from the time I called. While I was waiting for the second locksmith, I received a call from KeyMe saying that a tech was on her way. When I asked about the cancellation, they had no idea because they were a third party answering service. Because they have no record of the cancellation, I would be charged. OUTRAGEOUS!!
