- MAMary AvalonApr 11, 20261.0I had a horrible customer service experience with this Lowe's in 2022. Against my better judgment I decided to give them another chance. I cannot express the level of my disappointment in this locations customer service. I ordered a dishwasher and refrigerator on March 24th with the expectation that the dishwasher was going to be delivered and installed on April 7th. When that day came and went I reached out and was told it was never even scheduled. The appliance Manager Chris reached out to the third party company they use for install and delivery and they gave him the runaround for about 20 minutes. I finally told him that I would just take the dishwasher and pay a different professional to install it rather than wait on their substandard third party to schedule. For the next 40 minutes I stood around waiting for them to get my refund situated. I told Chris he had my phone number and call me when it was fixed. No phone call. Nothing. I had to drive back out paying $6 in tolls to even talk to someone because nobody was answering phones. The refrigerator I purchased at the same time was supposed to be delivered on April 11th. On April 10th I received a text message saying that it was delayed to the 18th. This was ordered on March 24th this is absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully returning the refrigerator was very simple on the app and I already have the refund. I will never give you my business again. $3,000 worth of appliances.......

The rack that was on the side of the building with them had been moved so I looked around outside for 15 minutes and couldn’t find them anywhere. I came inside to ask where they had been moved to and the lady at the register was absolutely no help. Couldn’t point me in the direction where they might be at, told me they were probably out, told me there was no way to find out if they had them. I did end up finding them (PLENTY OF THEM MIND YOU) no thanks to the garden department employee

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
