  The people. They made it easy. Once I found out they no longer make the chair I wanted, it was easy to replace the 20 year old chair i have. It was setting there in the showroom.

  We had a good experience! I Only gave it 4 stars because we really were looking for a sectional with a recliner in it and there were none that we liked- only two in the store and on line that would fit in our house due to the need of a curved wedge!

  We were greeted promptly and after telling the sales lady our situation, she directed us to the most affordable unit instead of starting with the most expensive. It was exactly what I was looking for. My only concern was that we were prepared to take the unit immediately, but because this store didn't have a warehouse, I had to have it delivered with a charge of $99.

  Joshua Daw was exceptional to work with. He listened to what my mom wanted and found the perfect rocking, swivel recliner for her. She said “It’s like sitting in a cloud!” And professional delivery & set-up, with their own in-house team of drivers, will be a week from the purchase date. My mom is so excited, and im happy we made the trip from Panama City.

  The new store in Destin is stocked with so many chairs and sofas. We tried out several recliners and found the a perfect one for us. The Store Manager was very friendly and helpful. He advised us on the best sale dates and did not try to oversell us on anything else. He got our chair ordered and a delivery date set for 1 week out. Now we are Just waiting to try it in our living room.
