  The experience in store was good, but not truthful.We were told that the delivery guys would move our old furniture at end of driveway. They do not take away old furniture, which was fine with us, at least they would move it out of our house & out to road for bulk-day pickup. We had to beg them to remove old couch & loveseat to make room for the new couch & loveseat. Also, I told salesman that it will be second floor. Delivery drivers didn't know. So right now our old furniture is sitting on our second floor deck! We even offered a $100 tip for them to move it. They said they couldn't because of company policy. I just want to warn everyone so you can plan to have it old furniture removed yourself. Also, we purchased our furniture before grand opening. The prices were great! Out of curiosity I checked the price of our furniture on grand opening day and it was much more expensive, even with the 30% markdown. We got lucky there!

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. My salesperson, Daniel, made the entire purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the various options available and took the time to understand my needs and preferences without any pressure. His professionalism and approachability were greatly appreciated. Working with Janelle, the designer, was another highlight of my shopping experience. She helped me envision how the new couch would fit into my living space, providing valuable insights on design and color choices. Janelle's expertise and passion for her work made the design process enjoyable. Additionally, the store manager was fantastic to work with and clearly fostered a positive atmosphere within the store. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I felt valued as a customer throughout my visit. Overall, La-Z-Boy once again exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and a beautiful, high-quality product. I can’t wait for my new couch to arrive and to create more memories with it, just as I did with my last one. If you're in the market for furniture, I highly recommend visiting La-Z-Boy and experiencing their outstanding service and exceptional products firsthand!

  We are so excited that Lazy-Boy has come to Destin! We were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome. The manager introduced himself and brought the designer to meet us to hear what we wanted. We never felt pressured to buy items we did not need or want at this time. Great experience!!
