    Do not place any online orders for this store! You’re better off going to Orange City. They don’t actually fulfill your order and will keep giving you the run around when trying to pick up the order. You would think they would set the inventory aside for your order but they don’t. That’s the whole point of ordering online and picking up.

    I went to Lowe's in Deltona over the weekend and I met this wonderful guy named Robbie. My husband and I needs some help with Our bathroom remodel and he gives us an incredible Help . With everything we need. Thanks Robbie for you wonderful help . So happy you work in this place bc we are going back and ask for your help again.

    Lowe's in Deltona is horrible especially employees that do not know how to talk or understand elderly people!! I brought my 88-year-old parents in to buy a dishwasher of course my mom wanted a White Dishwasher and the salesperson guy says yes we have it in stock and it's in the back. They would like it installed and delivered. The sales person was quick to charge his Lowe's account and said they will be in touch and deliver/install with you within 5 days. Please contact parents by phone or text they do not have access to their email account. Said this two or three times to confirm. Needless to say, the salesperson must not understand that concept or make notes about delivery and install. (Educate your employees) When they called about delivery and installation they were given blah blah blah. Does Lowe's Follow-up? Parents hired someone to pick up Dishwasher from Lowe's and install it for them. Lowe's you failed miserably!!!!!

    I will never go to this Deltona store ever again. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. On March 27–28, 2026, I purchased total of 30 bags of brown mulch from two different pallets (as directed by associates), only to find they were completely different colors—20 bags brown, 10 nearly black. When I returned with photo/video proof, I was told I’d have to bring back already laid, opened mulch—completely unrealistic. Customer service had no clear answers, gave me the wrong corporate number (twice- Good one Anna), and Josh (I guess her boss over the phone) offered no reasonable solution. Also, I called corporate and they offered no resolutions besides taking it back to store also. When I offered to provide receipts and pictures/videos, she said there was no corporate email and gave me the corporate mailing address. HA-larious, after I googled it within seconds. Throughout this company, customer service training must look something like eating at Dave’s Last Resort; except there, its actually a joke. All I asked for was 10 matching bags (~$20 value). Instead, I got poor guidance, inconsistent service, and zero accountability.
