I sat at the pick up area waiting for my vanity to come out. After an hour of sitting there (maybe 4 customers in the store). Finally the vanity comes out on a forklift. Super Aiden there to assist the forklift operator. Aiden walked away at the most crucial point of his job and the forks hit the tailgate of my truck pushing the entire truck forward. My dad and I obviously upset telling him that watching the forklift was his job. Macho man Aiden bows up to my father and says “you’re good bro”. I was then still missing items from my order, I asked Aiden to find out about them, clearly he doesn’t care about anything that just happened. 15 minutes later I walked back in for the 4th time to ask about my missing items and yes, I beat Super Aiden to the customer service desk to ask about the rest of my order. At this point he finally apologized, too little too late. You don’t bow up to customers bud, no one is scared of you.

They have a two week delay on exchange/delivery.
