He was really knowledgable about the machine and gave great advice on all the parts. Amazing place and wish the best of luck!

He serviced my industrial sewing machine for years and my old Kirby vacuum when I lived in Delray Beach. Always great service! But today, 9 years after I moved, I called to ask advice about my industrial sewing machine and he immediately remembered me and where I moved to. He advised me what to try with my machine and was extremely thorough and patient with me. I told him how surprised I was that he remembered me and he said, Of course, you were my customer. Yoram is amazing and I can’t thank him enough for his help and kindness?
