  I have to share the extraordinary experience I received at the Hobby Lobby on Military Trail in Delray Beach — all because of one exceptional person: Nafiye From the moment Nafiye took on framing my son’s childhood pictures from 15+ years ago, Nafiye showed a level of care and attention I’ve never encountered. When the exact frames were out of stock she didn’t shrug and move on — she called me, coordinated alternatives, arranged a perfect match, and personally helped find the ideal frame. Every step felt thoughtful, patient, and genuinely aimed at making this meaningful to me. Her sweetness, kindness, and deep sense of humanity transformed a routine transaction into one of the most profound customer experiences I’ve had in years. Lafiye treated my memories with respect and love, and the finished framing is beautiful beyond words. Hobby Lobby is lucky to have her — she embodies everything a company that values people should celebrate. If more of us were like Nafiye, the world would be a kinder, more caring place.
