They never informed me before I ordered an appliance that they use DoorDash Drivers
Which are only screened for traffic tickets/DUI
So we ordered a microwave
We paid for it. We put the delivery instructions in because we wouldn’t be home till a certain time and we have a gate
We got a text an hour and a half before it was supposed to be delivered that the driver was on his way
I left work, lost money, sped Burned up a lot of that expensive gas, To arrive home and I didn’t see anybody around open the gate called Lowe’s. They said oh no, don’t worry about it. They didn’t get to you yet. They’re still out for delivery.
Little over an hour later, a guy pulls up from DoorDash
Ma’am, did you get your microwave?
No, I didn’t
Oh well, I’m sorry because I went to pick up your microwave and they gave it to somebody else
I said why are you here so late he said because your instructions said not to come deliver it until two after 2 o’clock
So I called Lowe’s back they don’t know where the appliances they won’t tell me who the driver is
If a customer is supposed to come first
Why doesn’t the seller make sure that the driver pick her upper deliver person knows the delivery instruction
And when the deliver is too lazy to read the instructions, find you not home and bring his item all the way back to Lowe’s. Why does it Lowe’s call you they have your phone number. It’s on the order.
No, they don’t call you. They don’t care.
And don’t try calling them because it’s AI and you’ll get to have over a half an hour conversation just trying to get through to anybody at Lowe’s
And that includes the Lowe’s local contact number. No, it’s going to be AI. You can just jump through those hoops for a while. Sit back and have a tea.
And they don’t know where your appliances were so sorry it was just returned. We won’t be able to credit you for a while and when you do finally order a new one we won’t be bringing that to you today.
Because the customers does not come first, sorry we need to make our money and we’re gonna use any shotty people weekend to deliver your product just as long as we get your money
Home Depot people let’s just go to Home Depot. I have supported Lowe’s by tens and tons of thousands and they could care less that the item was picked up by the wrong person. They can care less less that delivering instructions were not red. They could care less that the item was returned and that they could’ve called me, but they didn’t cause they could care less.
They are not giving me a refund until they kind of go through all the paperwork you know how it is with paperwork and corporate and everything like that all because they Hired somebody CHEAP!
I do not suggest Lowe’s at least Home Depot answers the phone

Had us walking all over the garden center telling us snapdragons were here there and OH, no they'll be over here. We left and went to Place in ther Son Nursery and they told us snapdragons are out of season. The clerk there knew plantsvm and helped we find a beautiful subsitute! Lowe's has a huge inventory, but no one that can help you.

Went to the store was looking at the wall of security and include like cameras on aisle eight tried to wave somebody down or tons of employees everywhere but nobody could help. I waited 25 minutes after going to customer service twice someone finally came. The most annoying part is online it lets you select a different color and when I asked about it, they said oh I haven’t seen that and I don’t know years and when I explained I could’ve ordered it online they said oh they probably just give you the other one instead well glad I didn’t order it online or I’d be very disappointed. I will not return to this location. I’ll just drive to Orange city then.

bought a lawn mower battery. Only used it once. Next time i tried to use the lawn mower the battery went dead. The young lady at customer service said battery's are only covered for 30 days. So spent a 100$ on a battery that last 2 months.I was told to call a 1-800 number. The representative said tha tis a manufacturing problem. This is the response from the battery co-
we manufacture the batteries for Lowes sold under their MagnaPower program, however we do not set or control any of their warranty policies or procedures, that is all handled by Lowes.
They offer a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase and they do require a receipt to calculate the 6 month period.
As for the early failure, that is certainly not typical. Often when we see early failure it can be due to a couple different factors. One, so we often see aged batteries sitting on the shelves, beyond 6 months since manufacturing. Lead acid batteries naturally self discharge, and when they do they begin to sulfate which causes early failure.
The other possibilities are due to low usage or draining while its in the mower during the off season. I am assuming you have tried charging it.
I wish there was more I could offer, but as for any warranty coverage you would need to work directly through Lowes.
So i am out 97$.Pathetic customer service from Lowe's

Over the past week we have gone to Lowe’s on multiple occasions to get a door. We have not had a lot of time, so we try to squeeze it in where we can.
The first time we went, there was a man working the door area. We found the door we wanted on our own and then approached the desk. The man was with another man that looked like he was a worker as he was wearing a Lowe’s color blue shirt.
The man working did not acknowledge us for over a minute so we asked if he could help us. He said he’s with a customer right now and we decided to come back another day.
We went back a few days later and unfortunately they were closed. Today we went back and when we first walked back to the door section, there was a man in a red shirt with black sleeves sitting behind the desk. We walked back, found the door we wanted, and came back up to the desk. The same man from before was now in the other chair. Again, no acknowledgement. We stood for a minute before asking for help as we again thought the second man was a worker as his shirt resembled the workers. This time his response “well you’re gonna have to wait I’m in the morning of an important sale. Just go grab the door and buy it” and this statement is the real issue. He made us feel like our purchase wasn’t important instead of being polite and just saying “sorry boss I do have another guest with me”. If you’re going to be cozy with your customers, atleast show that same respect to everyone else. We no longer wish to purchase the door from Lowe’s solely because this guys awful customer service. And honestly if he’s the head of the department he shouldn’t be because it’s very clear he sees young people as below him and thinks he can talk to them any which way.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
