Joel came and just by the way he looked at everything that needed to be done, listen to what we wanted, the way he held himself we saw a striking difference between all the other companies we talked to and Paradise Arbor. The price was also much lower than everybody else offered. When they came to work we were shocked. They all were well mannered, worked hard, used lots of machinery, cleaned up every spot they did the work on. We could not believed what we saw. At the end they left property as great as we only dreamed it would be. We wanted to thank them publicly . And also let people know that there is this great company that can turn your dreams into reality.
