Christian at Lowe’s is always super helpful. He has assisted me numerous times with finding exactly what I need, and he’s consistently polite and professional. He’s even taken the extra time to help me with a few projects, making sure I purchased the right items to get the job done correctly. Outstanding customer service every time, Christian is a true asset to the store.

My experience with Lowe’s has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable from start to finish.
We had flooring installed through Lowe’s using their third party installers, and the installation was not done correctly from the beginning. We raised concerns immediately and repeatedly requested that a neutral third party inspector come out to assess the issues. Lowe’s declined these requests and never sent anyone to properly inspect the work.
Instead, Lowe’s sent workers who attempted temporary cosmetic fixes we never agreed to. This included adding wood filler to the gaps in our brand new flooring and then wiping up the excess, which left a permanent haze on the flooring. They also applied clear caulking in front of the baseboards, which was improperly placed. When we reported this to Lowe’s, they immediately stated that the installers should not have done that, confirming the work was improper.
After continued complaints, Lowe’s admitted fault and agreed to a resolution of a full reinstall. The flooring needed for this reinstall was repurchased by Lowe’s, and the reinstall was scheduled.
On the day of the scheduled reinstall, with no notice to us at all, the third party installers arrived and stated they would not do the flooring, despite the reinstall being approved, scheduled, and materials already repurchased. After the installers refused to perform the work, Lowe’s then requested a third party inspection, effectively backtracking on the agreed upon resolution after the fact.
The situation worsened when dealing with Lowe’s installation support manager. His customer service was extremely poor. He was condescending, did not allow us to get a word in, and steamrolled the conversation while stating untruths rather than listening or helping resolve the situation.
Communication throughout this process has been inconsistent and misleading. Timelines were repeatedly extended, promises were broken, and we were told different information by different representatives. Replacement flooring delayed resolution by four to six months, yet the issues remain unresolved.
Despite Lowe’s admitting fault, they are now refusing to issue a refund now their third party refuses to do our flooring even after admitting fault and after buying all new material for our house, have decided to side with their third party installers Kellers. As a result, we are going through arbitration to rectify a situation that should have been handled responsibly from the start.
The lack of accountability, oversight, and customer advocacy is unacceptable for a company of this size. I would never get flooring installed through Lowe’s again or any construction work for that matter.

I got some money for Christmas, so I came in and got some potting soil and a bigger pot for my cactus. I repotted her recently (I tried to make her not lean but she leaning) and she's growing better. Had a slight scare, though, because some of the parts of the cactus were bent when I took it out of the original pot it was in. Sad when I also had to go to the dollar store for gloves because theirs were too expensive for 1 pair of gloves.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
