  Exquisite pool and spa did an amazing job on our custom pool build. They finished the project sooner than the original projected time line , were super responsive during the process and did a great job. From the beginning butch the salesmen was great , very well spoken and didn’t try to push us at all. Our foreman David was great too, overall we are very happy and would recommend this company to anyone. All of the horror stories people have with pool builds were nonexistent with this company . If you’re looking to build a pool, choose exquisite !

  My experience with Exquisite Pool & Spa has been disappointing. The pool deck they installed only seven to eight months ago developed significant cracking and expansion shortly after installation, and the condition has continued to worsen. In December 2025, the company painted over the cracks. At the owner’s request, I removed a previous review at that time because I was told the issue would be handled. Unfortunately, the paint was only a cosmetic cover-up, and the underlying defects have continued to spread. For a project of this age, this level of deterioration is unacceptable and suggests issues with installation, substrate preparation, or materials. I have formally requested a proper inspection and a warranty-backed remediation plan, but the matter remains unresolved. I hope the company stands behind its work and resolves this matter appropriately. I will update this review based on their response and the outcome.

  Our pool looks very nice. We had a couple hiccups, but Dave handled everything quickly and professionally. We are so glad we had him as our PM, he kept constant contact with us and made us feel comfortable through the entire process.

  Called for a proposal on pool and deck remodel without looking at the pool in person or with pictures they denied me a quote. I was upfront about a pool contractor having starting the position and needing someone to quote out the remodel given its current state. Two other premier 5 star companies have already gladly gave me quotes. Don't turn away business until you completely understand the scope of work being asked of you. Seemed amateurish and unprofessional for someone looking for a 35k remodel. Feb 16, 2026 It was not a new build it was a remodel so according to your own statement you brushed me off before understanding it was a remodel and not a new pool build. I stand strong in my review of this company.
