Very helpful, looking for wisteria seeds or anything! They found the spot I passed 5 times and told me when more would be in stock! Even wrote me a note when the truck for flowers comes in! How sweet these guys are over the radio seems like the whole team was one and worked fast and efficient! 10 stars to you lowes!!

Today I went to Lowe’s and I would just like to leave a very good review on Ken. He was the most sweetest person ever. He helped me and my grandmother as soon as he seen us looking confused, he also helped me fix my problem that just needed to be done. He stayed with us every step of the way, he really is one of the best employees that I’ve encountered!

Richard was working in the paint section and was the most helpful person that I could’ve asked for. Another employee helped me with my paint but Richard shook my paint for me and helped me with the supplies that I needed for the project. Being a widow, I didn’t have any idea of what I needed. We have had two issues with with this stores delivery service. First time we had a refrigerator delivered, good delivery, however freezer part of refrigerator froze up. I went to the store and had to go through 3 people to get a replacement for it. Set up for delivery again, this time they hit my front door bringing in new refrigerator and dented the doors. So then had a 3rd refrigerator delivered. Everything so far with this refrigerator is fine. I would have never left a review because things happen. However, now we have issue number two! We ordered 85 bags of mulch to be delivered today. Received a message stating they would be here this morning between 8 am and noon. No delivery. Received second text they would be here before 5pm, still no delivery. Received third text they were outside our home and ready to unload. We went outside and no truck! Within 10 minutes we Received 4th text with a signed Received signature! It was a wiggly line of a signature and it was not us! Called to speak to the store manager and was told it was a mistake and "Rodney " was on his way. That was at 5:30. Called again around 7:30 to let her know he still hasn't shown. She seemed very nonchalant and said he would be there. She had absolutely no concern and actually seemed disturbed that we bothered her! It is now 9:20 pm and still no delivery. 85 bags of Mulch!!!! We will be at the store in the morning! Maybe its best if my husband goes alone.... I am not happy!! Will never buy anything from this store again that involves delivery!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
