Jonbo at Lowe’s went above and beyond to help me today. My girlfriend had her heart set on the teal mini toolbox, and online it said there were two left in stock. Jonbo didn’t just point me in a direction — he literally dug through a huge pile of toolboxes with me trying to find it. Even though we couldn’t track it down, he put in real effort and had such a great attitude the entire time. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciated him taking the time to help!

Did a order on line for pro account. Came to the store to ask questions and finalize everything Audrey at the Pro desk was very rude didn't want to help was getting really short with us. Audrey ended up passing it off on Eugeunia to help us with our order. Audrey also pointed out that she had been with Lowe's for 5 years. Almost acting like she knew everything. I'm not sure how y'all customer service works but people like her should not be helping people . She shouldn't even come to work if she doesn't like her job. Very disappointed in Lowes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
