- BPBud P6 days ago4.0This store is never crowded and is easy to access. The selection is on the smaller side as this is a smaller Lowe's. The selection in the electrical aisles are very limited.

- JGJose GoldarMar 31, 20261.0Last November bought a dishwasher at this Lowe’s, paid for delivery, installation and parts and haul away the old one (they charged me $219 for that). After they finally delivered the dishwasher a couple weeks later, the installer told me that he could not install it because he was afraid he may break a pipe and that I needed to call a plumber service to install it. I called a plumber to do the job, when the plumber saw everything “rolled his eyes” and said he did not see anything wrong. He installed it and charge me $160. When to the store to get a refund, the manager did not talk to me just told an employee to tell me that they needed to investigate the case and that someone will call me, no call to this day. When back to the store after the holidays, this time the manager was having g a problem with an alarm going off and the Fire fighters were there but he sent me to the appliance department where somebody took note of everything, gave a copy of the notes and said that the manager will contact me……still waiting for and meanwhile the old dishwasher is sitting next to my dining table.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
