  Love the prices. Always great deals. Havent even left the parking lot. This is my first time at this location. The cashier R seemed unfriendly. She said very few words, which is fine in this world we live in, but I didn’t know tap to pay wasn’t available as I reached for it and she goes—very monotone btw—“No tap. 😐” with a stale face, no further words to clarify, just a slight stare pf confusion from me and blank eyes back, then me slowly realizing in 2026 this big company doesn’t offer tap to pay. this unfriendliness almost pulled my mask off jolliness straight off. So I awkwardly fumble to grab my wallet from my purse and mistakenly tap my card. A louder and annoyed “NO TAP!” Like, girl ,are you seriously annoyed at me for inconveniently time traveling to pay?! I could have easily grabbed my bags and ran at that moment. Because, dont be rude. But I paid, and decided I won’t be coming back anytime I see her unfriendly self as cashier. Give her a job like stocker. We don’t anticipate a smile or anything from most of them. Keep up the great prices though.

  I love Hobby Lobby and I have been to multiple locations. The selections are great however the customer service of one cashier I encountered yesterday by the name of "IRIAN" a Dominican girl with black hair was super RUDE! Being a latina myself, I was nice of enough to talk to her Spanish b/c when i asked her a question in English about the shirts I was buying, she responded in Spanish. I saw the shirts are 20% off and I asked if that was for all the brands. She never answered me and began to ring them up. When I got the receipt, I checked to be sure I got the discount and I didn't get it on all of them. I told her this is what I was asking you from before. She tells me with an attitude, let me finish with this customer. So I waited until she finished and I gave her the receipt to look at. She looks at it and tells me with an attitude once again go to register 1 so they fix it, I can't do anything. I say to her so it's b/c you didn't do it correctly, right? She says it's the computer. Lol. No Accountability, No I am sorry, No My Apologies, Nothing!!! She definitely needs some more training on having better customer service. I hope management has a talk with her.
