This company raises your rent without any notice and then lies by claiming they “sent a notice in the mail” when confronted. Funny how that notice never actually shows up as others have stated as well. My rent nearly DOUBLED from $44 to almost $100 after less than a year with zero warning. This feels intentional and predatory, banking on customers not noticing until it’s too late. Completely unprofessional, unethical, and not a company I would ever trust. Stay far away!! The staff (Claudio) at this specific location are VERY rude as well.

Gave them banking information for payments and somehow someone else’s bank card is on my account. As the payment was refunded. I never got the payment from my account. Store manager has no common decency or empathy and chooses to be cold and not understanding. Originally gave them my bank account number and routing now they want a check. My account is delinquent due to their failures with entering the correct payment. And now refuse to help. Online portal has never allowed me to enter and or edit any of my information. For all I know they are selling people’s bank account numbers. As I have had 3-4 fraudulent charges on my account since I opened and now this makes sense. Don’t recommend. They just want your money and will do what they can to screw you over. Not to mention I have two units with them and one is paid and I still have no access to even the unit that has been paid.

I was locked out of my storage after 5 days which wasn't explained to me the day I purchased my unit!!!! When I called and asked for details on it. I was told no I couldn't get anything in writing and that I should have read my contract!!! Super unprofessional, i'm literally gonna pay my balance and change storage units just because of his attitude really did a disservice to the brand extra space
