  I really like this company. Zach did a great job providing me with updates during the service. They definitely provide a great service for pest control. Their price points are a lot higher than the competition but they have a better product. I recommend if you have the budget.

  Absolutely horrible company! Slam the door on their face. You say “sure” to specifically just “trying out” the service for a month and when you no longer want their services they tell you “oh we have digital initials saying you signed a contract for 18 months and you can’t cancel unless you want to pay $200”. There was never ever anything signed whatsoever. So this company is fraudulent, they’re scammers and don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. You guys should be sued and i bet you already have multiple lawsuits

  My service was a 10 out of 10 love the professional guy that came out ! He was awesome explaining everything if I had any questions asking if I needed anything at all! Made sure my animal were safe and locked everything up like I ask ! It was our first service ! Did note that knowing a time frame the day before would be helpful! But he was very good about letting me known when he was coming day of ! I explained I’m a caregiver for my parents and would love to be call day before or couple days so I don’t waste anyone’s time if I’m not available! ! Other than that everything was Exceptionally amazing with the service .

  The absolute worst! They are trying to charge me for a services that I did not receive, and they have no proof that they provided them. Their service was canceled after they disrespected my housekeeper after showing up and expecting her to let them in when never giving us a time that they would visit and then once she tried to move the dogs for the gentleman for their safety and his he told her he could not wait. He was so disrespectful My boyfriend left his job and went over. When he spoke to the gentleman, he also noticed that the guy sprayed the garage door one time not around the perimeter and also didn’t spray the other exterior door and was also short and snippy with him about his job. At that time I called the company to cancel the services. When I got a notice that the service hadn’t been paid for although I was set up on auto pay I called and made the payment. Only to get a notice from a collection agency the next day. Now they’re demanding payment for two months that I never received service and they have no proof that they were there besides pictures of the outside of my house. The right thing to do when you have an employee that disrespects another human being is to agree to cut ties and leave it at that however this company wants to suck every penny out of you even For service is not rendered. Stay far away from this company as I have spoken to many people who used them and also had nothing but complaints and have canceled services only to then be charged for things that we’re not received.
