  Probably the worst service I’ve ever received for pest control. There was no effort to make contact for an appointment. The person just showed up when he felt like it walked around the outside perimeter of the actual house, spring concrete walls. What attracted us to the service was they would take care of the pest in the yard as well as the spiders on the building. Today’s service nothing was done, but sprayed the concrete walls of the house completely recorded on camera. I watched the person walk around the house and not attend to any of the ants in the yard walkway or any of the spiderwebs on the building. I’ve had no contact with the company. Nobody reaches out when you send messages. I will stay away from this company.

  They just get inside my house one time on 7 or 8 months with this contract. And they shedule your appointment whatever day pick and when you try change on the website the website doesn't work. And from the beginning I request or I let them know the only one day of the week somebody be at home is Friday and today Friday 25 of April. They don't ring the bell to let me know the are ther and they exterminate outside on 8 mins. Because i have camaras at front of the house. This is my first bad review on my account more the 10 years. I hope they be better with other clients Because we don't want to renew the contract when it ends.

  A kid who said he is Arabic guy from Afghanistan , is a scammer , he came to our house in August knocking , and tried to tell us that services include mosquitoes and rats for 60 bucks after we sighed up we called him bc we didn’t recieve mosquito trap , and he said that if I want it , I need to Zelle him 200 bucks for it , I checked the contract company send me end up seeing that he put my signs without me knowing , I hope you guys go ahead and ruin single mom lives, when I called to check name of the guy company told me he is fired and his name is Sayed

  Every time they came and sprayed, it looked like more roaches and spiders appeared. The last time they came was in March and after that I literally have killed those giant roaches every day and one last night in my room as I was laying to go to bed. Last weekend I had family come for the weekend and there were spiders on the corners of the room killed a couple in my dad's bathroom and mine. They are great when you complain they come and spray again at no extra cost but what's the point if what they are supposed to do does not work which is get rid of the pests. And everything they come is $60 bucks and now that I canceled because they don't work they charged me $199. Their wording "A balance of $199 has been applied for the Initial Discount Reimbursement, as service agreement requirements were not completed." Funny how I don't get to charge them for services not completed. I been using them since Sept. 2025 so it's not like they came once and I'm being unreasonable and not giving time for their work to work.

  This company is unprofessional and predatory. I asked them numerous times for details on the products they spray on lawns and they tell me the operations manager will get back to me. I am a biologist and work in environmental health. They probably don’t get many questions about the safety of the products they spray and are likely making your yard a health hazard. Also most products used for pest control don’t even work effectively, it’s a scam to get you into a contract and overcharge so some guy can come spray neurotoxic or carcinogenic chemicals on your lawn. Do not use this company.
