  I had such a great experience with the showroom manager and an associate ( so sorry I don’t remember names) in the show room in Dania point. The associate greeted me genuinely with the big smile. He was listening to my needs and gave me good recommendations. I loved his suggestion on how to test the giant chair. I did jump on it to feel how soft and comfy the seat was. The show room manager ( I think his name is Chris) was very attentive, good listener making me feel like I am at my friends house talking about the new furniture he got. The whole experience was very pleasant not to mention the showroom was spotless clean and organized. I definitely will be back with my husband to introduce him to Lovesac. Lana

  I can’t say enough about the outstanding experience I had at the Lovesac store in Dania Point. Over the course of three visits, I was helped by three different team members—Erin, Stephanie, and another younger associate during my initial visit—and every single one of them exceeded my expectations. During my first visit, the younger associate walked me through how the technology and the sofa system work, explaining everything in such detail that I left seriously considering making the investment. When I finally decided to move forward, Erin was there to assist and made the in-store experience seamless. After taking measurements at home, we returned to finalize the purchase and were greeted by Stephanie. She was equally knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us reconfigure pieces in the store so we could visualize how it would fit in our space. She even provided tips to help us maximize our purchase and save money. The customer service here is just unparalleled. All three team members were genuinely kind, incredibly knowledgeable about the product, and showed a level of care and effort that is so rare to find these days. I even looked online to see if they work on commission (because the service was that good!) and found out they don’t—which makes their commitment to excellence even more impressive. Yes, this is a big purchase, but it’s worth every penny. The product is a long-term investment with a lifetime warranty, and the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Other businesses could learn a lot from the team at Lovesac Dania Point. Huge thanks to Erin, Stephanie, and the first associate who started it all—you’ve made us Lovesac fans for life!
