When I transitioned to my new place I came back and right before I moved out of state, I stored my things here again. Whitney has been AMAZING! She always provided Professional, Super Friendly, and Caring Customer Service with a Smile. She was super friendly and answered all of my questions. I did not feel that Southern hospitality in Florida but I felt it from Whitney which made me feel a sense of warmth and home. The facility was always clean and it felt safe. Thank you Whitney for being such a Great part of my experience at Extra Space Storage. I felt like you were my friend there and I appreciate you. Thank you!

Whitney was super friendly and made sure I got everything I needed, and knew how to use the lock and the app. When I discovered that the unit I had been assigned online had a column in the middle, she switched me to a better unit. I've spoken with her on the phone a couple of times and in person once, and those encounters felt more like talking to a friend, not just someone at a business I'm using.
