I saw a guy named TOM with a Lowes badge on. I said “ excuse me sir, can you help us”, he said with a disgust face, “I don’t know, I guess I can, what do you want”?. Stevie and Ray could see TOM didn’t want to help. With the tone in his voice and his body language. I said “ you know, I will find someone that wants to help us”. He said “ fine”. I am so upset with the service we had and continue to have. I did have 2 lady’s there that were more than happy to assist us.
