    We just bought an over the range microwave at Loews, Turtle Run . We had a wonderful experience. Jeffson was our sales representative. he was knowledgeable, attentive and very polite. I mentioned how much i appreciated his great customer service unlike the “ other guys with the orange logo” today we received real Customer Service from Jeffson at Loews thank you Jeffson !

    So I make this clear this is not a review of the employee who helped me but more of a review of the company policy I guess. Your inventory system sucks. Today my dishwasher broke. Unfortunately for me my only time to replace it was also today (convenient I know) due to work. I spent several hours searching all the major brands and picking one that fit my budget as well as my needs. I decided to purchase a dishwasher from your company. Upon looking online I saw there were several “in stock” at my local lowes. Upon my arrival of the appliance section I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything to which I replied I needed a dishwasher. The employee stated more likely then not they didn’t have it however, I stated your website says they had 3. The employee went to check the stock room to see if there were in fact any back there. He came back up and stated they did not have them and went on to explain that after Covid they stopped stocking the stores with appliances due to lawsuits (which made no sense). I then asked if he could check stock if another store and he said he couldn’t (which also does not make sense) but he could call them for me. After waiting for several minutes for the other location to answer he finally got someone but they could not get anyone to physically check if it was in stock so I did not waste my time twice. Lowe’s this day and age with a computer in everyone’s pocket you mean to tell me you can’t accurately control your in store inventory for appliances? I could understand if it was small item like a screwdriver or something (those can get misplaced) but I don’t see a large appliance going missing. I mean at-least Home Depot was honest and straight up told me they didn’t keep them in stock that delivery was the only option. Your inventory system is very misleading to your customers. I am in the process of purchasing a new home and can say I would not even consider giving this company any more of my money. And again this is not a review of the employee who helped me. While I probably wasn’t the most understanding of people with this at first he was patient and I believe went above and beyond by actually calling the other store and not just telling me to call myself. Sadly because I needed the dishwasher I was left with no choice but to purchase it from your store but that will be the last time. I’d rather let Home Depot (who also has flaws) have my money cause at-least they are honest about it.

    Not so welcoming...got stared at like I stole something, very weird. This is my first time at a Lowe's and it just had an off vibe the whole time. I felt like I was bothering the employees just by being there. I was looking for the VEVOR 12V Max Cordless 2-Tool Power Combo Kit and the lady sent me to a whole different section...left with nothing and ended up just getting it online. Not coming back.
