Granted, I went in to the store on New Year's Day, and it was busy, but to have tue Store Manager go out of his way not to help me left me feeling more than a bit put off. A lady and I walked up to him as he was pushing merchandise around, and I told her to go ahead with her question. She wanted to know where chalk markers were located...He walked off with her to show her where they were, came back to the merchandise he had on a dolly, went to the other side of an end cap, glanced at me (knowing that I was standing there waiting for assistance), and walked off with his dolly and the merchandise he was pushing around. I didn't even go after to him. I put back all of the items I wanted to purchase, and only purchased the items I really needed for a project. Four people were up front, and only one register was open. I didn't have to wait long, but the service perception was not a good one. 😕 I left not feeling valued at all.

Rather than point and tell us a location she was kind enough for o take us back to the rear of the store where they were. This is the kind of person you would want on your payroll.
