  I cannot say enough good things about Yero and Daniel at the Roche Bobois Coral Gables showroom. As an interior designer, I work with Roche Bobois often for my clients, and this location is truly on another level. Yero is beyond exceptional. He’s not just a salesperson — he’s artistic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented. He brings real creativity and vision into every project and always goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. His feedback is genuinely helpful, and he’s an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. He’s truly a light and a rare gem. Daniel, the manager, clearly loves what he does. You can tell the store is like his pride and joy. He’s created a true team environment where everyone feels valued and supported, and it shows in how seamlessly the team works together. The energy in the showroom is inspiring, warm, and welcoming — luxury without feeling pushy or sales-driven. You never feel pressured; everyone is simply there to help and elevate the experience. I’ve visited other Roche Bobois locations, and honestly, the atmosphere, creativity, and team dynamic don’t even compare. This Coral Gables team operates like a true family, and every person brings something special to the table. Of course, Roche Bobois quality speaks for itself anywhere — but working with Yero and Daniel makes the experience truly exceptional in every way. I will only work with this location moving forward and confidently send all of my clients here. Highly, highly recommend!!

  English Version ★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 I want to share my deep frustration with the Roche Bobois store in Miami. This is an extremely expensive store where you expect exceptional service, yet our experience has been the complete opposite. In 2023, we purchased very expensive furniture that took 7 months to arrive. To make matters worse, one piece arrived damaged. We reported it immediately and never received any response or solution from them. Total silence. We thought it was an isolated case, so this year we decided to buy a king bed. They sold it to us saying it was available in the warehouse, ready for immediate delivery. It has now been two weeks, and we are still waiting for the delivery—no clear answers, no coordination, just excuses. To make things even worse, they sold us a bed without the bed frame, which is completely unacceptable for a store at this level. They seem to be extremely quick to take your money, but when it comes to fulfilling orders, coordinating, or providing information, they simply disappear. In summary: poor communication, poor coordination, zero accountability, and service that absolutely does not match the high prices they charge. Truly disappointing and exhausting. I do not recommend this store.
