  I am so disappointed. I found an apointment weeks later to accommodate my busy schedule and their availability due to it being limited. So after work I rushed to get there on time. I arrived on time and was left in the dressing room for 15 min. No biggie I just alerted the staff no one had come and I was still sitting and have been waiting for awhile. They apologized and told me that they forgot to let her know what room I was in because she told them no one was there. When Kenia came she suggested for the pants that I was wearing to have some sort of heel before making the alterations. I walked out to search for a heel but immediately changed my mind and turned back to inform her let's just alter it with shoes I have on. It was literally 2 mins. I SWEAR IM NOT EXAGGERATING. When I turned back she was with another customer. I was like okay maybe give it like 5 min and she will politely let the customer know that I have an appointment so she will be with her in a moment. But no she had me standing there for 15-20 min watching her with the customer. She started doing the measurements for the customer jacket as I was standing watching her during the allotted time that I booked. I then got annoyed and just ask someone to let me in my dressing room to changed my clothes and left. The cashier apologized as she saw what occurred and said that wasn't okay. I know thats not okay. Im just bummed that my time was waste with searching for and paying for parking etc just for my time not to be valued. Hopefully can learn from the situation.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nordstrom’s alterations department. I brought in two high-quality suits that were just slightly large on me, hoping for simple adjustments like tapering the pants and shortening the waist. To my surprise, instead of offering any solutions, I was dismissively told by the tailor that nothing could be done—without even trying to properly assess the suits. His advice? To just buy another suit. This was especially frustrating since these suits were gifts, and I had hoped to have them professionally tailored to fit. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to even attempt the alterations was shocking. Given Nordstrom’s reputation for quality and service, this experience fell far below expectations. Sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

  I had four towels monogrammed with four different names as gifts. They came out beautifully even though there was a small mistake on one of them. When they couldn’t fix it the same day, Arturo offered to hand deliver it to my house when it was ready. He really went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Would use their service again and highly recommend. Arturo will take great care of you
