- KKKimMar 25, 20261.0Pool Troopers came out to look at our pool pump and said that there was nothing they could do since they believed the problem could be inside. The tech said they don’t work on pool pumps and the lady that answered the phone said yes they can work on pool pumps. They had no problems taking my debt card and charging me 75.00 for nothing. Do not use this company.

- SRS RNov 6, 20251.0This experience was like dealing with a used car dealer. A constant barrage of bait and switch, up-charge and up-sell. Then to add insult to injury, a new leak appeared mysteriously right near where they were working. Never going to do business with them again.
