The woman I spoke to on 04/27/2026 around 12:25pm who originally assisted me looked like I was bothering her for asking questions about the carpet cleaner rental. The lady that actually processed my payment was extremely helpful. I returned the carpet cleaner around 12:30 the following day and it was disappointing to the point that I had to write something. There was no acknowledgment that I was waiting in line from any of the return department. There was a lady that was standing in the corner by the computer and didn’t seem like she was taking on any customers and saw me but didn’t bother to assist me until a man cut in front me where she was obligated to help. Hopefully, they can get more accommodating staff who are willing to assist.

Lake county said they put them in all the entrance of every Lowe's I'm assuming in Lake County they are in North Carolina Lowe's entrance also . I'm not saying not to put cameras up but flock cameras are bad they get to much information and the public has access to them . I seen a video where one man got information about a couple he knew that the man took prescriptions and what they were he knew they just had a baby that's crazy.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
