Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about types of flooring but other products as well. He is professional and very personable. He went out of his way to make us feel like family.

These can get full sun and have good resistant to insects/diseases. We found plenty of parking by the Plants Nursery, and went in, bought the plants and came out pretty fast. The Lowe's closer to us in Winter Garden, is usually busier, therefore less parking available.

I called Lowe’s and they said that it’s not under warranty any longer that I had to go through the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent me a question survey with questions I would probably never be able to answer. But they will not move forward without the answer. I’ve called those several times about the fact that I have purchased the flooring and paid over $10,000 from them. They have not even sent anybody out to look at the floor And because they keep asking me the same questions through email I assume they’re not gonna take responsibility. I’ve spent a lot of money at Lowe’s over the years for my house houses. I’m pretty sure that that’s going to stop. The problem isn’t the flooring. It was the install installation.. And as far as I’m concerned, that is not the manufacturers problem that is a Lowe’s problem that they should fix. Beware buyers. This was an expensive lesson.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
