Matt was the associate who gave us an assist and a price break on an item I wanted but box was beat up both ends. He said if anything was missing, he'd find comparable in the store to replace (lots of small parts). But everything was in it, took 3 of us helping each other to put steel shelving together. I love it, great size, so happy with discount and purchase. Tempted to get another one!

I am a pro member and I really understand why Home Depot is so much better. I came into the store at 6pm and the only person working in the entire lumber department is the cashier up front. How is this even possible?!?! Customer don’t stop purchasing lumber at sun down. What is the purpose of staying open until 10 pm if you are not going to staff the store until closing.
