I placed my order at 8 AM and didn’t get to Lowe’s till 9 o’clock this morning thinking that an hour would be plenty of time to get an order. I was mistaken when I asked for help, they told me that It had not been cleaned yet. I asked them to cancel it and they didn’t but they told me that I could go pick the 17 bags so I did and remind you the pro department is full of workers. There’s a pro loader and not one single person offered me help. they all watched and that was it and they all use the excuse. Will it takes 2 to 3 hours to pick an order I used to work for Lowe’s and that was never the case so I miss Lowe’s is really slow or they need to hire a new staff.

Needing to get to the job site and not having much time i stopped at Lowes. I didn't realize I came earlier than they opened considering it was a weekend but the staff were kind enough to open the door for me and let me get some cold weather gear. Thank you lowes staff without your generosity I quite literally would have been freezing on the job site. 5 stars.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
