Ordered frames for 6 custom paintings 1/24/2026. Was quoted 2 weeks, documented on work order. At 2.5 weeks with no updates, we called and framing dept states that they are busy now so it may take 3.5-4 weeks. Was told to wait or they would cancel our order because they had more work than they could handle. No updates. At 5 weeks we go into store (2/28/2026) and they state there was an issue, and the frames had been back ordered after they had framed one of them. That we need to be patient and wait longer. They never called or updated us. They offer to cancel our order with no remorse and are still unable to locate one of the paintings and require us to comeback in a week when/if they find it, requiring another hour of driving. No excuses or apologies. Highly disappointed with Hobby Lobby in Clermont Florida.

Terrible employees, lack of professionalism, lack of costumer service. It has been 2 months, Lee from the frame department is unprofessional, I will never deal with this store anymore.

In my opinion, Hobby Lobby needs to update its products. I went for new ideas, but I just found the same ones from the last time and that was in May 2025. It needs new ideas, new products.

Is nice store. A lot of options. The only think I don't like is that when I returned a product they give me a card instead a refund.
Hobby Lobby is always a joy to explore and browse. This location specifically has such kind, genuine employees, and I always feel welcomed and that my time is valued. Anytime a line gets a little bit long to checkout, the manager does his or her best to get you to another cashier to save your time. I deeply appreciate this as time, of course , is priceless and it’s nice when others go out of their way to ensure your time is not wasted.
