If I wasn't moving soon Id have already hired someone else. Update: After posting this, a refund showed up on my credit card. Don't know if they had already done it or did it as a result of negative review but I bumped from 1 to 3 stars for resolving the issue.

Our Full Cleaning Service includes testing and balancing the chemicals, monitoring the equipment, brushing the walls, steps, and benches, emptying the pump basket, cleaning the skimmer, cleaning the filter as needed, netting the surface, brushing the tile, and vacuuming as needed.

Yes, we schedule our technicians on a consistent basis to maintain your swimming pool. Exceptions occur during holiday weeks or severe weather, but we will always communicate schedule changes whenever possible.
