  I got a dishwasher delivered today that was damaged so he couldn’t install it. I hadn’t heard anything about how a replacement would work, so I called the store on my receipt twice - both times I was told I was being transferred to appliances and both times I was hung up on.

  My favorite place is the mark down section in the nursery! Nursery has a large plant selection. Good place for lawn equipment and home supplies. A bit more user-friendly than the competition.

  I recently purchased a gas grill from the Clearwater location. The staff was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. A big thank you to Chris & Marcus for your assistance!

  My wife and I were excited about purchasing a new refrigerator and waited since 8:00 a.m. today 6 hours for the installation which was delayed. The excellent delivery person came in took one look at the kitchen and refrigerator and said why didn't you buy the smaller version? I said the sales lady didn't mention a smaller version even though I brought in a printed out paper of the dimensions of my current refrigerator and photos of my current kitchen showing the current refrigerator from all sides. No comment was made about how this refrigerator I purchase would look and the death was even longer. The delivery gentleman was incredulous. He spoke to his boss and they took the purchase refrigerator back and I will get a refund. I then callef into the Clearwater Lowe's to leave a message for the store manager who I started the refrigerator process with and the person who took my call at around 2:22 p.m. today hung up on me. So instead of saying what I'm saying now to the store manager's voicemail or email which I requested via the AI and I was requesting to the employee who I spoke to but she hung up on me so here it is a review for all to see. My recommendation is that the appliance division at the Clearwater store take a sales 101 course on qualifying the customer especially qualifying their needs before completing a purchase so it does not result in the delivery company coming in and installer immediately seeing the mismatch with the refrigerator he brought and what would be best for the kitchen. Sales 101 qualify the customer before completing the sale. As a special today I won't charge you the McKensey consulting sales fee you can have the advice free of charge. Happy Easter! Joseph Kuehn

  I visit many Lowe’s different stores (and other home improvement brands) near by me. Lowe’s in general fails when it comes to customer service but this store is the WORST. Many employees not just unwilling to help but they are not polite, rude, and have bad attitude. Paying for my items and asked the cashier to charge my Gift card instead of CC from my app. She automatically charged my CC and said you have placed your CC as primary card. After I asked why you didn’t tell me that before completing the purchase, she left her station and came in from of me yelling and with a bad attitude said “I did my job, now you go ever there and fix your problem”. Such a terrible experience at this store. Unfortunately, this is the nearest home improvement store from my house😡
