  I walked in and was greated by a salesman named Eric. He was very polite. I wanted to see if they could repair an electric Lazy Boy recliner where the piston broke. He said that service was a different department. In the meantime, he showed me other possible replacement recliners. He was very honest about pricing. There happened to be a sale going on at the time. He was also very knowledgeable about the chairs and the construction. Showroom was large and clean, with many models to look at. Instead of being a high pressure salesman, Eric was very polite and accommodating. Gave me information to go forward with investigating how to get my chair repaired. I will look into that and figure out whether to fix my chair or purchase a new one. If I do, I'm going back to Eric. We also hit it off talking about our Samsung phones! Very welcoming.

  I had an excellent shopping experience at La-Z-Boy in Clearwater. The salesperson, Joey Montalvo spent a lot of time with us, making sure we purchased exactly what we wanted.

  I had a very positive experience with Nick at this Lazy Boy. He was very helpful and knew his products - patiently answering all my questions. We actually completed the sale over the phone and when my sofa went on sale two days later I was promptly refunded the difference. Thanks to Chris who followed up about my delivery and to the delivery guys who were just the best - very careful of my home and the new sofa! Now I will go relax and recline :)

  I would like to personally thank the sales staff and delivery team at Lazy Boy Clearwater. My mother has a lazy boy recliner with the assisted stand up feature. My mother has owned the chair for over fix years, and she uses / sits in the chair for approximately 12 hours a day every day. In addition she uses the motorized functions several times a day. The chair has been perfect for my mom, however, with the amount of use she has given it, even a lazy boy has to wear out sooner or later. Recently while I was out of town working my mom started experiencing intermittent problems with the raise feature. As I was out of town I could not get to my mom’s house in a timely manner. I did contact the sales team at Clearwater and they researched my mom’s records and found out exactly what chair she last purchased. They checked their stock and found that they had one of same model I. Stock and arranged to have it delivered to my mother with. Two business days. The delivery team brought the new chair to my mother’s house , set up the new chair and relocated the old chair out of tue way. I thank the staff at the Clearwater lazy boy business and I recommend them for all your lazy boy needs!
