    Terrible delivery experience. First crew said old tv had a bad box (although everything was working fine when they arrived. Had to wait over the weekend for them to come back. I provided the new box and they came out again and finally got everything in order. Meanwhile the older man kept badgering his helper with sarcasm and personal comments about the helper’s comments. Helper never talked back to the main installer. The job was completed with courtesy and cooperation with the second crew. Advise the first crew leader to get a new job and advise the second team in my home get an award. P S. I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK for my two tv s.

    Really Bad experience with their installation team for flooring. Doubled the initial estimate after they did all the measuring and estimating. Threatened me with Warranty expiration if I did not pay them. Actually removed the flooring they had installed. No english spolen by the actual installers. The goroup interpreter on the phone was unable to help me communicate with them either. I even speak some spanish...still ???? No Comprende. The people in the store itself are not the main problem. Sorry here is how far they got before the began tearing it up again.

    Beware they take advantage of seniors I sent my senior citizen neighbor to buy a floor model dishwasher, She purchased it and set it up to be picked up the next day. The next day after 2 hours of playing games with the head cashier Jessica, appliance manager (who represented himself as the store manager) Jag Lee, and Sam (ASM). They admitted someone sold the dishwasher a second time. This was known from the moment we walked, instead of being honest we stood for two hours while they whispered to each other and gave excuses of how the 1200.00 Samsung dishwasher actually wasn’t that great and the plastic white Frigidaire is a better quality. It was more than apparent one of those employees took this dishwasher home. They then tried to force this woman into a low quality dishwasher instead of making this right. It’s sad to see how horribly our senior citizens are treated. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Lowes save yourself the trouble and drive the 2 miles to Home Depot.

    Shout out to Chris Blake who came to assist a Dansel in distress name Jessica who was helping us to look for pegs. Mr Jay took over in the end as we still needed help with other items. That team made our dream work for sure. Love lowes for real

    We purchased a $2,200 Whirlpool refrigerator only 2 years ago...it randomly just stopped working on Thursday. I called to speak to their customer care. After being on hold for an extremely long time and bounced back-and-forth between departments, we were told that the soonest they could get one of their technicians out to diagnose the issue was 12/24… Christmas Eve! We are hosting my family for Christmas Eve and my husband’s family Christmas Day. We couldn’t wait that long to figure out what was wrong with it. We ended up having a local company come out to diagnose the issue. We were told (after paying $90) that the condenser was the issue and that it had to be replaced. Thankfully, this falls under the to 2-5 year warranty. My husband called Whirlpool back to schedule the repair with one of their approved technicians, and was also on hold for an extremely long time and bounced around before learning that the next appointment available was now pushed out to 12/29!!! We had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food from both the refrigerator and freezer, and now we don’t have a fridge or freezer for 12 days...including while hosting our family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We also called Lowe's Home Improvement where we purchased the refrigerator and were told there is nothing they can do to help us. Merry Christmas to us! I work for a manufacturer, and if one of our customers calls in with an issue, we immediately replace the product. The customer service we have received from both Whirlpool and Lowe's Home Improvement is extremely disappointing!!!
