    Never buy appliances at Lowe’s. I purchased a complete kitchen package from them and the brand new dishwasher was broken . Had to call the manufacturer appliance repair company that took a month to get the parts and it still does not work. Repair stated it was a lemon. Lowe’s refuses to get me a new one unless we try 3 attempts to repair. Lowe’s will not stand behind what they sell and give you a complete run around.

    Bought an Ego mower here and it broke after a few months. They would not return it and didn’t even try to help. Those mowers are not cheap. Won’t shop a Lowe’s or use Ego ever again.

    I am writing this review to acknowledge Keisa, the woman who helped me today at the store with my pickup order. Keisa gets 10 stars! This review is only 4 stars thanks to her associates who are being paid to do nothing. I walked in this morning to pick up my order because I couldn't get any help the previous evening when I walked in, spoke to several people, who radioed to other people who never showed up. Then told to just order it online. It took several hours to fulfill, so I went in the following morning, stood at the service desk where a woman was standing, doing nothing, looked at me several times, ignored me before after about a minute or so asked if I needed something as if I had interrupted her philosophical thought process. I advised I was there to pick up an online order and instead of helping me, pointed and said, "you do that over there." My body language, a reaction to her aggravated tone, prompted her to walk me over and pointed to the kiosk where I could check in. Instead of helping me, she pushes the help button and walks away and I hear over the store speakers, "customer needs help at the pickup." Why couldn't she just help. Then, about to leave, lovely Keisa walks up and asks if I had been helped. I told her I had checked in and spoken to the other woman, but that was it. She shuts off the store speaker, promptly confirms my order, finds it and brings it out to me. Then she proceeds to help me check out with my other items and adjust my online order for my military discount. She was very polite to another customer telling him she could help as soon as she was done helping me. In the mean time, I still noticed several other associates wandering around, doing absolutely nothing while this wonderful human being, Keisa, proceeds to assist me above and beyond what she needed to and still take the 1 second it takes to at a minimum acknowledge the presence and concerns of other customers. During the check out process, a man showed up asking if I was the pickup, I said yes, thanked him and advised I had been helped. My guess, is that guy is running around like a chicken with its head cut off answering radio calls to other associates who are being lazy. At the very end, Keisa takes it a step further and when everything was done, she took the time to confirm with me that everything was correct. AMAZING! 10 STARS FOR KEISA! Note to Lowes employees and managers: Just because you're a cashier, or stock person or manager, doesn't mean you cant help someone else outside of your role. Its called teamwork and doing implied tasks that are presented to you amd you have NOTHING ELSE TO DO! Its a horrible look to not acknowledge your customers and offer assistance just because its not in your job title. You need some change in leadership Lowes, your principles at the top are bleeding into your front line. Lock it up and get back to work!

    Went to return some items today at. Did not have my receipt. The card I used was no longer available. I was told there's nothing I can do and would not get my money back. Unfortunately these items were no longer need. After losing my house during the hurricane helena and the items were not needed. It was approximately $45 for the stuff they no longer give Store credits. Will never shop at Lowe's again after spending $10,000 at my local hardware stores and not to be able to get $40 with money back. That's ridiculous. take care of your customers

    Came in today to buy a new dishwasher and the saleswoman with blonde hair was immediately rude and short with me and my wife. We decided to leave and shop elsewhere. Whoever her manager is at this store should keep a close eye on her and provide her with coaching or the appropriate disciplinary action. She is causing your store to lose customers and revenue. We would have been an easy sale. But instead we left feeling insulted and determined to not give her our sale.
