    I was assaulted yesterday at Lowes clearwater at approximately 11am. The manager states a police report was filed. I called clearwater PD for a copy of the report and thus far no response. The store appears unconcerned.

    We’ve been trying to buy a dishwasher for over a week. We’ve been to two stores in Clearwater and no one can help us. Please hire people who actually care about their job and have the basic competencies to sell home appliances. Looks like we’ve given up on Lowe’s and are now looking into other local stores.

    Liam I believe was his name I tried leaving a review off the receipt but couldn’t find where. Definitely should make that much easier for customers to leave a review especially if it benefits the employees. Back to Liam he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with what I needed when I walked in. He got the exact chain I needed for my saw after multiple trips to other stores. That you again and my biggest apologies for not responding to the The receipt and not remembering exactly if your name was Lyle or Liam either way the gentleman that was working in the chainsaw area was definitely helpful and if I could give more then 5stars I would.

    Hello, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent in-store pickup experience at your Clearwater, Florida location at 2619 Gulf to Bay Boulevard. I entered the store to pick up my order and waited at the pickup/returns desk because I needed assistance checking in. The pickup email instructions state to bring either the email confirmation or a government-issued photo ID along with the order number. I presented my email confirmation as instructed. Despite following the instructions provided, the employee assisting me still required me to present my ID. The way this was handled made me feel singled out and uncomfortable, as if I was being suspected of wrongdoing. As a customer, this experience felt like profiling and left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I am requesting clarification on your official pickup policy. If ID is always required regardless of presenting the confirmation email, that should be clearly stated to customers ahead of time. I also ask that this situation be reviewed with staff to ensure customers are treated respectfully and consistently. I have shopped with your company before, but this experience made me question whether I feel comfortable shopping at this location again. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed!
