Recently, we had an issue with the pool robot we purchased here. Nikki did an awesome job of troubleshooting it. After reaching a conclusion that it did not make sense to try and repair it, the manufacturer, Polaris, stepped in to provide additional support and ultimately back their product with a replacement. What more than likely would have turned into a nightmare somewhere else ended up being everything but that here. Nikki, Leslie's regional manager, and Polaris did a top notch/professional job with addressing the issue and coming up with a solution. It is not common to see this type of professionalism any more. I would highly recommend going here for all of your pool needs even if it is a slightly longer drive for you. You will not be disappointed.
